We have more than 30 years of experience as a vendor for M/s. Bharat Heavy Electricals Ltd., Trichy (M/s. BHEL) one of the top five Power Boiler Manufacturers in the world. Also some of our officials are from M/s. BHEL with more than 10-20 years experience.

We have manufactured lot of boiler components of more than 2000 MT like Boiler Drums, Super heater, Reheater, Economizer, Water wall, Steam Piping etc., for M/s. BHEL, Trichy under IBR for their 110 MW, 210 MW & 500 MW Boilers.

We have manufactured some Boiler Drums for Industrial Boilers for M/s. BHEL, Trichy and M/s. Cethar Vessels Pvt. Ltd. (CVL), Trichy. As part processed components, we have manufactured and supplied 100mm thick shells from which Ring Headers are manufactured for 500 MW Boilers. Hence manufacturing drums
of thickness up to 100 mm and of weight 30 MT is possible by us.

For Tubular Products, we have a Tube Bending Machine of capacity 60 mm and we have lot of experience for making on Tubular Products like Water wall, Super Heater, Economizer etc., We have also manufactured more than 1000 MT of main steam piping for M/s BHEL, Trichy for their power boilers for their Piping Centre Division, Chennai.

Apart from Boiler Components under IBR for M/s BHEL as given above, we have manufactured 2 Nos. of 25 TPH Boilers to Kudramukh Iron & Steel through M/s DLF Industries Ltd., New Delhi. This is a blast furnace gas fired boiler. Size of this boiler is equivalent to a 50 TPH solid fuel fired boiler. Our scope includes detailed engineering, IBR approval, materials and manufacturing / supply of all pressure parts including Steam Drum, Mud Drum, Water wall , Super heater, Economizer,
Bank Tubes, etc., The total weight of pressure parts supplied by us is around 100 MT per boiler. The supply was made during 1998-1999.

At present we are manufacturing 9 Nos. of Waste Heat Recovery Boilers of 10 TPH each for three Sponge Iron Industries, each of these boilers are almost equivalent to 50 TPH fired boiler.

We have capacity to manufacture 250 MT o f pressure parts and 300 MT of non-pressure parts per month. We have manufactured around 50 to 150% of the above capacity regularly for the past 20 years.

We have sufficient facilities – both capability wise and capacity wise for manufacturing up to 150 TPH Boilers. Wherever facilities are not available with us, we can get it done outside either at Trichy or at Chennai. With the facilities we have, we can manufacture drums up to 30 MT of weight. We can manufacture and supply pressure parts and non-pressure parts for 100 to 150 TPH Boilers in a cycle time of 8 months from the date of receipt of raw materials in a progressive manner.

We have a very good organizational set up ideally suited for manufacturing boilers in line with M/s. BHEL, Trichy practices. We have functional departments for Engineering, Marketing, Commercial, Purchase, Production Planning, Production, Sub-contracting, Maintenance, Erection and Commissioning, Services etc. We have very good systems and procedures for all the functions, Quality Control Procedures and computerised all the activities across the company in an integrated manner.

As a vendor grown up with M/s. BHEL expertise over 30 years, we have all the necessary inputs for a quality reliability in all our products like the Quality Control Procedures / Quality Plans / Quality documentation required, trained quality personnel and the above all a commitment to quality. We got An ISO 9001:2000 certification for manufactured boiler components under all leading Inspection Agencies like M/s.IBR, NTPC, EIL, LLOYD’S, TCE etc.,
